A large shipment of explosives has been stolen, and the terrorist organization: VENOM is suspected to be behind the heist. G.I. Heroes sends in their top covert operative Scarletta to track down VENOM and retrieve the stolen explosive before it’s too late. Just when Scarletta thinks she has the evil Countess cornered, she discovers she has fallen right into a sinister trap! The Countess and the evil Venom Commander have a new mind control serum, and now plan on making Scarletta their first test subject! Can Scarletta break free in time, or will she become The Countess’ personal plaything?
